Russian Discovery

Vitali Nevski of Vitebsk, Belarus and indian generic viagra Artyom Novichonok of Kondopoga, Russia detected C/2012 SI, dubbed Comet ISON, on CCD images they took on September 21 with a 0.4-m reflector telescope.  The two observers belong to the International Scientific Optical Network (ISON) near Kislovodsk, Russia. The discovery was soon confirmed at http://remanzacco.blogspot.com/2012/09/new-comet-c2012-s1-ison.html.  Initial images showed it was extremely faint at discovery magnitude 18.8
