September 4 Meeting

Individuals and businesses who want to have a community role in the Comet Festival are welcome to join a planning session at the renovated planetarium in Kennedy Primary Academy on Wednesday, September 4, at 9:00 a.m.

Parties that are already scheduling events in the context of the Comet Festival likely include Riverbend Community Math Center, South Bend Community Schools, St. Joseph County Parks, Potawatomi Zoo, IUSB, Notre Dame, PHM Schools, ETHOS, some local libraries, and businesses.  Together we and our community are about to have a collective experience in observing nature.  

yanamandra-fisher.pngDr. Padma Yanamandra-Fisher of the Space Science Institute will join the levitra professional overnight delivery dialogue via Skype to share some of the latest findings from the NASA Comet ISON Observing Campaign, for which she is spearheading the social media aspects while also conducting research with key NASA spacecraft. 

The Wednesday meeting allows organizers of the respective Comet Festival activities to announce their events and to generic levitra usa discover ways to leverage and complement each others action.  We request you contact Chuck Bueter by Tuesday afternoon, September 3, if you will attend the Wednesday morning meeting at the planetarium, for seating is limited.
